I was pleasantly surprised by the level of cleanliness and service at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had all necessary facilities including a TV and a private bathroom. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was tasty. the staff was helpful and available even late at night.
The hotel is located in an industrial area, which may not be ideal for some guests. The roads around the hotel were in poor condition and the GPS directions were not accurate.

The hotel's location is surprisingly convenient, just a turn away from Simanovskogo street that leads straight to the central square. It's only a 15-minute walk, with the last couple minutes being in a pedestrian zone. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with amenities like a color TV set, a small fridge, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. the staff is helpful and available even late at night. the restaurant is beautiful and serves delicious food.
There have been some comments about the breakfast, where only instant coffee is served.

The room we stayed in was clean and tidy. the staff was cooperative and polite. the location of the hotel was excellent, right close to a big shopping center and accessible to various cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed the complimentary drink offered at check-in and the lovely view from our room.
The room needed maintenance; the shower head was loose, and bathroom amenities were very poor.
